How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home

Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring

  1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger perfectly.

  2. Use a ruler to measure the inside diameter in millimetres (mm).

  3. Compare the measurement to our Ring Size Chart.

Option 2: Paper Strip Method

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper (or use string).

  2. Wrap it snugly around your finger where the ring would sit.

  3. Mark the spot where the paper overlaps.

  4. Measure the length in millimetres.

  5. Use the measurement to find your ring size using the Inside Circumference column of our chart.

💡 Tips:

  • Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are at their largest.

  • Avoid measuring when your hands are cold.

  • If in between sizes, size up for a comfortable fit — especially for thicker bands.
